SirWay RAMS Partner Programme: sell and deliver road asset management with us

A programme for consultancies, survey firms and integrators who want to bring SirWay RAMS to the road owners in their market: three ways to partner, three levels, a pilot that starts with a camera on the bonnet, and the first joint client approach about eight weeks after signing.

A road asset management system is a management system, not a piece of software. It stays alive when someone close to the road owner keeps it alive: someone who knows the agency, the procurement rules, the budget cycle and the roads. That is rarely a company in Helsinki. It is usually a local firm.

We have always worked this way, with engineering firms, technology providers and local partners on four continents. The SirWay RAMS Partner Programme puts it on a clear footing: what you sell, what you do, what SirWay does, and what you earn.

What you sell

SirWay RAMS, the web platform described in what is new in 2026: roads, bridges, tunnels and more than twenty asset types in one database, integrated multi-criteria maintenance planning and financial analysis, HDM-4 economic analysis, AI distress detection from survey video, an AI assistant over the asset database, and an offline field app. It is hosted by SirWay, localised into the client’s language and configured per client, so a new deployment starts from a working system rather than a blank page.

Why partner with SirWay

  • You sell a system in service, not a promise. The client sees its own roads in the system during the pilot.
  • We carry the technical load. Hosting, localisation, data processing and the AI models are ours. You need no development capacity.
  • You keep the relationship. SirWay signs the contract with the client; you stay the client’s point of contact and grow the account.
  • Revenue that repeats. Commission is paid on renewals and extensions for as long as the client contract runs.

Three ways to partner, three levels

The Partner Programme at a glance: three partner types and three levels

  • Sales and Market Access Partner (SMP). You open the market: find and qualify clients, set the meetings, support the decision and keep the relationship.
  • Technical Delivery Partner (TDP). You do the work on the ground. You start with the survey data and take on processing, data import and client training as you move up the levels, paid on what you deliver.
  • Alliance Partner (AP). A wider relationship agreed case by case at Preferred level: joint ventures, co-research, international projects and business beyond RAMS.

A partner holds one type and one level at a time. Most start as a Sales and Market Access Partner and add delivery work later. The levels are Authorised (agreement and NDA signed, onboarding completed), Certified (a proven record as an Authorised Partner) and Preferred (the first choice in its market segment). The sales commission is 10, 15 or 20 percent of the contract value by level, and the service fee on the work you deliver rises from 10–20 percent to 35–50 percent. Higher levels also bring a partner badge, a listing on sirway.fi, co-branded material and priority lead routing.

Who does what

SirWay: marketing material, presentations and the co-branding toolkit; presenting the solution to the client; negotiating and signing the client contract; deploying, hosting and localising the system; processing the collected data and loading it; pavement distress detection from the survey video; training; and the survey camera where a pilot needs one.

The partner: finding and qualifying clients; registering the lead, which holds the opportunity for six months; validating the localised system before it is shown; gathering the client’s existing road and cost data; recording the pavement video for the pilot; and keeping one trained person on the team.

The pilot starts with a camera on the bonnet

Most clients ask for a pilot before they commit, so that is where most engagements begin. The partner collects what the client already has: road centrelines if they exist, condition and traffic data, the maintenance works in use with their criteria and unit costs. Then an action camera goes on the bonnet with a suction mount, video mode with geotagging on, and the agreed stretch of road is driven.

A pilot survey in three steps: clean the bonnet, mount the camera with geotagging on, drive the agreed stretch

SirWay processes the video and the existing data, runs the distress detection, deploys the system and imports everything. Within weeks the client sees its own network in SirWay RAMS: the dashboard, the map, the reports and a maintenance plan, with training for its staff. The write-up of the pilot becomes the reference that opens the next door, and SirWay promotes it with the partner named.

Where a client needs more than a pavement picture, the same pilot can add the Data Collection App for structures and roadside assets, which works offline and calculates condition indices on arrival, and roughness surveys from Class 3 to Class 1.

Live in about eight weeks

From signature to the first joint client approach in about eight weeks

Week one covers the agreement and the NDA. Weeks two and three are the technical orientation: a working session in a live system, not a slide show, covering data import, how a maintenance plan is produced and how reports and dashboards are built. Afterwards the partner has a demonstration account and can show the system without SirWay in the room. Weeks three and four open the marketing material and lead tracking, and weeks four to eight run a pilot. From there the partner approaches clients with SirWay alongside. A partner that already has a client in view can bring the pilot forward.

Who it is for

Engineering consultancies, survey and data-collection firms, IT integrators and regional firms that already work with road agencies, municipalities or development-bank projects. If you are bidding for a project and need a RAMS, bridge management or data-collection partner for one tender, we team up that way too.

Start the conversation

Three ways in: a 30-minute call about your market and where RAMS would fit, the onboarding session with a working demonstration, or a first pilot together on one corridor with your client.
